Another Jumpsuit For Lucy

She's not actually doing calisthenics here.
I almost set this adorable jumpsuit I made for my daughter on fire last night after she had an hour-long tantrum about not being able to zip it up by herself. There's nothing tricky about it, she just couldn't get it. Yet she didn't want help. That's the thing with almost-three-year-olds: they're just fucking insufferable at times. And there's not much you can do except put on an episode of Busy Town Mysteries and go pour yourself a drink.

Moving on: I'm totally digging this jumpsuit I drafted for her (this is the second one I have now made. The first had long pants). I hope her little pals like it too because they may getting similar ones for their birthday gifts. Here's Lucy demonstrating its comfort level (no wedgies):

I don't know what she's doing here except being cute, and generally making me forgive her for the aforementioned  tantrum. (That's the other thing about almost-three-year-olds: they're so wicked funny and cute that you can't help but forget the fact they drive you crazy half the time).

  1. In the second shot, she's doing the "That's gymnasts, Murray!" pose from Flight of the Conchords. Totally.
